Alice is a finalist in the EMEA Inspiring Workplaces Awards

Here at Alice, we were very excited to find out in recent days that we're a finalist in the 2023 EMEA Inspiring Workplaces Awards.

Inspiring Workplaces is headquartered in the UK and operates in North America, Africa and Australasia. The organisation recognises "forward-thinking, people-first" organisations; celebrates innovative workplaces; and encourages positive workplace change.

For the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards, entrants were asked to describe their approach to six key elements that, according to the organisers, are fundamental to creating an "inspiring workplace". These include:

• Culture and Purpose;
• Leadership;
• Wellbeing;
• Inclusion and Diversity;
• Communication; and
• Employee Experience.

For the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, 65 workplaces have been named as finalists, including Alice. The full list of finalists is available here.

Winners will be announced at an exclusive gala dinner at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London this May, and we're very much looking forward to attending!
