The good people at the PRII and PRCA announced the shortlist for the 2020 PR Awards today, and we are absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted in both categories we entered!

We are shortlisted in the ‘Best Public Relations Event’ category for our work with Dress for Success Dublin and SOLAS on the #WorkEqual conference, which took place last November.

And, most exciting of all, we’re shortlisted in the brand new ‘PR Agency of the Year’ category.

About the PR Awards

The PR Awards are organised annually by the Public Relations Consultants Association and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.

According to the organisers: “The Awards for Excellence in Public Relations is the beacon for best practice in Irish public relations and communications. Award winners set the benchmark for work within our sector, and showcase the best our profession has to offer.”

Previous Success

This is the second year in a row we’ve made the shortlist for the PR Awards: last year, we were shortlisted in the ‘Best Long-Term Campaign’ category for our over-arching work on the #WorkEqual campaign; and #TeamAlice member, Niamh Breathnach, won the prestigious ‘Young Communications Professional of the Year’ award. We had a super day out at the awards ceremony – the image accompanying this post shows #TeamAlice in celebratory mode 🙂

After a tough start to 2020 for us all, it’s brilliant to get the news that we’ve made the shortlist again this year!

Congratulations to all the other agencies and organisations shortlisted. You can see the full list here.
